Cannot log in Stuck in loop both in game and in launcher

(ON MAC) Hi. I have a problem. I am not able to connect myself in The Sims 3 Launcher, it says to use a real email address and it says null... Also, I am not able to download Store Content, it says fatal error or an error occur during the downloading. I am french, my English is not so good. Thanks for helping me.

I try to troubleshoot with all the things that Ea Help said to do, and it doesn't work...

@Silvaze64  Does your password contain special characters?  The launcher doesn't respond well to those, and if this might be the issue, the only fix is to remove those characters.

Please also let me know whether you can sign into the Store or Exchange, and to other EA sites, with the username and password you're trying to use for Sims 3.  And let me know if you've recently changed the email address associated with your EA account as well.

@JojoForand  Are you using the same email address in the Sims 3 launcher, on the Sims 3 Store site, and in the EA App?  Does your password have special characters in it?  If so, please change it so that the password only contains letters and numbers, and no accents or anything else that doesn't appear in English.  The launcher doesn't handle these characters very well.

If that doesn't help, please repair the game in the EA App: open your game library, click Sims 3, and select Manage > Repair.

If that doesn't help either, please post the errors you're seeing, for reference.  It's fine if they're in French.

I tried to change my password and I tried to repair the game.

@JojoForand  Please go into Applications > Utilities, open Keychain Access, search for sims3 , and delete any entries you see.  Then try again to login to the launcher.

If that doesn't help, please contact EA customer support and ask the support rep if there's anything wrong with your EA account itself.  This reminds me of another thread I saw a few months ago, where the user had to contact support to get something reset with their account.  But they didn't actually say what it was—I don't think they knew—only that support had to help, and then they could download Store content again.

If you don't get anywhere with support, let me know, and I'll see if I can dig up any more information.

okay i have tried absolutely everything and even EA support is stuck they have no idea,

i am unable to login on sims 3 in the member login, i have changed my email and my password like 6 different times i have made sure there are no special characters in it, i have cleared my caches on safari and chrome plus my macbook, i have never have this issue before and only started right after i purchased 4 new packs and money, i am at my wits end i have done f**king everythingggg, even created a new account on my macbook like deadset everything someone has suggested i have done but still won’t work what am i suppose to do please can someone help, i have searched up heaps of different ways and i see this has happened to other people but only me has had this much issue!!!

alsoo it still lets me login on the EA app plus the sims website just not the actual game i used to use an old email which still comes up randomly but haven’t used that in ages and was using sims 3 with my new email so it’s not that 

@jordyh090303  Please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Downloads and delete the file labeled [your email].bin.  If it reappears later, after you've tried to login again, let me know whether the email in the file name is your old or new one.

Please also go into Applications > Utilities, open Keychain Access, search for sims3 , and delete any related entries.
