mohamedxalix If you still need help, this crash happened because the game ran out of memory. CAS and Build/Buy are more resource-intensive than live play, so if you're spending a lot of time in either one, I'd strongly suggest quitting and reloading before trying to play. Any household you finish creating, as in, you get to the point where you can choose where the household lives, is saved to the in-game bin, so you wouldn't lose your work. You can save a build to the bin too.
Separately, your computer only had a bit more than 4 GB RAM available when you launched the game, so it would be best to close some other apps, or restart your computer, before you want to play.
