I recently downloaded the sims 3 but it has stopped working.

I purchased the base game of the sims 3 around a week ago for CDKeys. I played it for about a day before I decided to purchase some expansion packs, again from CDKeys. I purchased Island Living and Master Suite Stuff. After installing them my game no longer worked, I'll add an image below of the error message. I have tried several different things to fix my game but nothing seems to work. I have contacted both CDKeys and EA who eventually just told me to make a post on here for some help so if anyone could help it would be massively appreciated.
