Ive bought a few add ons. but once i start the launcher they do not show up...? What am i doing wrong?
Look at your email for when you bought them. It has lots of info so I missed it the first few times I looked. Under the name/picture is a bunch of letters. I thought it was like an item number but it's a code to redeem it. Then go to the store to your purchased content and somewhere in there is a place to redeem code.
Sparks9787 Sorry for the late reply. What content did you buy, and where did you buy it from?
I purchased Barnacle Bay and Hidden Spring from the EA store. I found the code for both but every time i click downloads, uploads, or installed content on the sim launcher it crashes and i get a error message. Not sure what to do about that either. I'm using a Macbook fyi.
