Launcher crashes when I open the downloads tab in Sims 3

Game launcher crashes when I open the downloads tab in Sims 3, maybe someone has ideas how to fix this problem. I play in Mac. I uninstalled everything and then reinstalled but unfortunately it didn'...

The same is happening to me. I bought Hidden Springs and suddenly the game crashes at launch, won't let me open the downloads folder (crashes again). Repairing the game from the EA app, removing all the custom content,  uninstalling and the reinstalling the game doesn't resolve the issue.

I'm having a similar problem, the downloads tab works fine but as soon as I move ANY sims3pack file the launcher crashes

The downloads tabs only works when the downloads file is empty
