Like the title says my account i use to play the sims 3 got deleted because i have not enter for a long time aperently i need help getting back or if possible can anyone tell me how i can see my case answer i open too and i can.t see it.

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
Alternately, try using the help site without being signed in. Some categories of issue allow you to proceed without an active login, and many of those offer the live chat option.

7f93e2768deb2931 No, the whole point is to choose the live chat option, not the email option. With a live chat, you talk to someone in real time rather than waiting for an email response.

7f93e2768deb2931 Are you saying that you opened a live chat window and no one posted in it? They usually post first. I ask because the way to get a live chat is NOT through sending an email. "Live chat" is a separate option on the same page where you can choose to email or click a suggested help article. When I click the link I posted earlier (when signed into the help site overall), I see live chat on that exact page, just down a bit from the others.
i did not see any box with live chat at all are you sure about it ? also im sorry for the long late replay. some personal things happen to me so i was offline for this period.
7f93e2768deb2931 Every time I've tried that link, aside from during the holidays, it's offered a live chat. That includes just now. Sometimes I have to scroll down a bit, but it's there.
Having said that, you can also try using the site without signing in, as mentioned above.
And if nothing helps, use a different device that's connected to a different network, for example your phone using data rather than your computer using your home wifi or LAN.
