    If this happened after an account merge, it sounds like the live support team will need to take a look and manually re-add your DLC to your account- this isn't something we can do for you over the forums as we don't have access to your account details. 

    You can submit a request here to speak with live support on this- I'd also recommend attaching this forum conversation so the team there has more info to reference.

I'm having a similar issue where 3 packs I had installed previously back when Origin was a thing (and even before that) are not associated with my EA Play account. I seem to have had other Packs appear in their place, however, but I would like to have the original packs available to me since I had them previously.

I have not merged two accounts together, as I've never had two separate EA accounts.

    That does sound like you may be logging in with a different EA account- this isn't something we can check for over the forums, but you can contact the live support team to review this further and verify where your content is. Please submit a help request here.
