Hey guys, sorry if this has already been asked in a separate forum. If so, please send me the link to it! So I bought the Sims 3 Ambitions expansion pack on my Origin application on my Windows PC. I have noticed that there is bonus material on The Sims 3 website that can only be redeemed if you enter the game code (or serial code) for said expansion pack. The thing is, I cannot find that code for the life of me. This is beyond frustrating. My issue does not alter my gameplay (other than I don't get free stuff 😢 ), but it would be spectacular to find a solution to this. If anyone knows where to find the game codes for expansion packs downloaded on Origin, would you mind telling me where?

I'm having the same problem. I've logged in with the same account and everything, but it still wont let me get the extras on the exchange. I'm guessing origin hasn't automatically registered my game or the expansions. It's very frustrating.

The Origin site has updated and there is no longer a tab to access all your expansion packs, nor their serial codes. Could someone find/create a solution for this?

Alright. Sorry for the late reply. I'll give a bit more description... based on what I know. So. I bought the Sims 3 Ambitions. Voila, it's on the lancher, registered in Origin and works perfectly. I was never given a code. I paid with PayPal. Entered a verification code, etc, etc. But because it wasn't a disc or an online purchase (via 3rd party website), it never really happened. I've synced my Sims 3 and my Origin, still no sign. I have searched my inbox for anything Origin, EA, or Sims related and all that's there is my account- nothing relating to the purchase other than the verification code.Sorry if this doesn't help. The new Origin update isn't helping my situation too much either. :-/Maybe it's just a once-in-a-blue-moon kind of issue that is impossible to troubleshoot?

Thats the problem. The packs do not show as owned. Ive tried to repair the game through origin and update but everything is up to date. And i dont want the rewards i want to use the exchange.

@potatolivia If you purchase a expansion or a pack it is automatically registered to your account. Just log in to TheSims3.com using the same account you use on origin and you should be able to get your rewards.

@potatolivia You do not need the code as if you bought the pack through Origin it should be automatically registered. Log into thesims3.com using the same login and password as Origin. Does the pack show as owned in the my page? You no longer have to redeem the rewards. Go to thesims3.com, login, store/sets, Holidays & gifts, registration rewards. Select the appropriate reward. You need to own the pack for the download to work.

@Mialee34 Please see the above post. If you bought the pack through Origin - registration is automatic. If you bought the pack from a third party it should have come with a code to be redeemed in Origin and that should enable all the entitlements.

@Mialee34 You no longer have to redeem the code to redeem the rewards (separate from redeem the code for installation). Go to thesims3.com and log in. Go to store/store content/sets - holiday & gifts - registration rewards. You need to have the correct pack as owned on my page to download the proper reward.

@potatolivia If you bought AMB from Origin the pack will automatically be registered. If you bought AMB from a third party you will get a code to redeem and activate the pack. If your looking for the reward see the above post.

@shyegg If your looking for the reward you no longer have to redeem the code to get the reward. The reward is not in the exchange. Go to thesims3.com - log in - go to my page. Do the packs show as owned? If so you can get the rewards by following the instructions in the post above.
