taytaylewlew11 No, this is not at all what I was asking you to do. I wanted you to take the Sims 3 folder that was already in Documents > Electronic Arts and move it AWAY, not move something TO the Electronic Arts folder. I think you may have broken your install at this point.
There is one good part of this though: it shows that your Documents folder is in your iCloud Drive. This could be the original problem. It's also why I asked you to try playing in a new admin account on your Mac that was NOT linked to your Apple ID.
Please uninstall Sims 3 through the EA App. If you can't uninstall it, manually delete the Sims 3 Packs folder and the Sims 3.app (the green plumbob icon, not a folder) in your most recent two screenshots. Then empty the trash and restart your computer.
Before proceeding, let's find out how much Sims 3-related data is left on your computer. Open Terminal, which is an app in Applications > Utilities, copy and paste this command, and enter:
find / -name "*Sims 3*" 2>/dev/null
The search will take some time to run. You'll know it's done when you see the same prompt as you saw initially (computer name ~ %). Please post a screenshot of the results. Use cmd-shift-4 to capture that portion of the screen instead of taking a photo on your phone. I need the text to be as clear as possible.
