💡 Ideas > THINGS we want to see in The Sims 4 !!!

We need brooms and dustpans for off-the-grid or poor lifestyle gameplay. I hate having to download a mod  for items that should have been included in Bust the dust kit to begin with.

If cars are ever introduced in the game: 

Mechanic: 

Trains and Light Rail to connect sims to worlds.

Mythology and more fantasy themed stuff would be nice. 

Although there are many things I would love to see in The Sims 4 the thing that I want & my sims need is more lots. I decided to put all the families I've created into my game & I'm quickly discovering the shortage in housing. Yes, we can create apartments but... When I look at Forgotten Hollow or Glimmerbrook or Moonwood Mill & see 5 lots I feel cheated. It is fine if most of the lots are empty & we have to build or place a building from the gallery because at least we would have the option for more sims homes. Right now I'm debating on choosing one commercial lot per venu then bulldozing all the others just to turn them into residential lots. I've already done this with Magnoli Promenade and I've booted some original townies from their homes to make room for the sims I made. I would rather not have to do this but if I want all my sims to have a place to live I don't see I have any choices. Another Newcrest would be greatly appreciated.

Cyberpunk is looking like a good option and idea for me to explore next month....I bet that game has some great sims 4 ideas I can steal from. 😉🙂

I also wanted to see pocket doors to be listed among the doors section, windows for the basement etc... But more importantly, I would to see putting all holiday stuff under one folder by their names. 

Preteens are in between child and teen but it's changing since puberty hits and emotions and mood swings are all over the place. So you see teens have mood swings in the game now but imagine a preteen stomping up the stairs, slamming doors all over the house, talking back to parents. They are at this age discovering style in CAS the player may choose a outfit and moodlet will show if they like or not and they will let you know. Also they discover who they are attracted to but under parents supervision. Also new emotions instead of flirting it can be blushing, and the Pink Romance Meter can say crush. So you can plan a "date" but it's with adult supervision with one or both parents from either family or an older brother or sister. They will be able to collect and play voidcritters, play marbles, hang out at the playground, play basketball, get in the hot tub. 

Storytelling wise how I tell a story kids aged up to a preteen starting middle school let's go shopping (aka CAS) pick an outfit either you get this moodlet "look at me I look awesome etc. or what the heck is this I'm not wearing this I would be a laugh at What, No! And etc. Light Make up. Go to school hang out with your old friends or meet new ones because sometimes old friends drift apart liking different things. Introduce to a sim your sim interested in blushing happens, butterflies and your sim is clumsy but my sim don't have clumsy trait yeah its temporary it's only comes around your crush now they think your sim crazy and that's embarrassing. Also in class your sim finds out another sim likes your crush jealousy they are on your sim list and your sim don't like them. (It could've been a rumor but your sim don't know that.) All they know is that today is the worst day ever!!! I was clumsy around my crush, I embarrassed myself and another sim likes them, I can't stand that sim. Go home slams door mom and dad Hey Sim your sim leave me alone stomps up the stairs to the room or run upstairs to the room and slam the door. Very over dramatic most Preteens are over dramatic. 

And dog houses. Made no sense they didn't come with the pet pack.

🤣 Playmate / Partner in fun

In the pie menu each interaction category provide a relationship :

• Friendly > Best Friend
• Romance > Partner and Spouse
• Mischief > Partner in crime
• Mean > Enemy

Funny is the only category without new relationship so I propose to add one that allow the sims to pretend being in couple or enemies for laugh.

This relationship is focused on having a laughter together with no risk of death of course and they won't take seriously the negative interactions between Partners in fun.

• 8th art, Media arts : Radio and TV as careers and more interactions with them as hobbies (Real TV, Quizz, radio station games at beach/festival, ...)
