I know I'd really like that option to start a new game without going into CAS first. With the full game, even on my speedier next gen console it loads soooo slowly that first time when it does that...and sometimes I might not want to create a Sim and just want to be Bella or Nancy instead! Those would be great options rather than only being able to go to CAS.
Selling multiples is a big issue for me too. We could do that in the Household Inventory on console for a while but it was problematic and was removed. I hope to see it return, especially as a disabled player in my little hand supports going tap, tap...tap tap tap (ouch).
