tebb9czp22aq that's kind of what the Events are for, they reward participating players with free content. The next event starts on Tuesday. There's also the free content drops that we get in updates and Sims Delivery Express. But because The Sims 4 is on different platforms and content is purchased from different stores for example PlayStation and Microsoft too, that suggestion might be a little tricky. However we have had a couple of free pack offers in the past.

Also for additional content have you tried the debug cheat? bb.showhiddenobjects and bb.showliveeditobjects (doesn't require testingcheats true to use it so does not affect console achievements).
