Conditions are not lifestyle choices or personalities, these are life challenges to manage. Consider this category similar to a Lot Challenge for Sims. This will also free up a personality trait slot.

Can we add something with some kind of food/drinks allergies in CAS?
Oooo yeah allergies would be good to add and dislikes. A teen sim could dislike a food but parent could “force to eat disliked food” then they could either end up liking it or getting negative moodlet of resentment.
