Let’s expand the Appliances category from the Kitchen to the Utility Room!

Utility Appliances are objects designed for a specific use, particularly related to tasks like cleaning, washing clothes, power generation and home maintenance. For the Sims, this subcategory could expand to include lawn care and vehicle maintenance if these features were to be introduced to the game.

Fireplaces are functional, interactive and upgradable, whereas Decorations (where Fireplaces are currently housed) are not.
