New pack: tween life pls
A lot of people feel that expansion packs have been lacking! (businesses and hobbies). A lot of the elements should have just been an update instead of a $40 dollar pack. Lets be real, a lot of us only got it because we wanted a new world. I have a new pack suggestion that everyone has been BEGGING FOR!
Called: Tween Life.
It should come with a new update that automatically gives a new age, like Growing together did. And that age should be preteens. So no matter if you get the pack or not, we get tweens. It's so jarring for the ages to go to like 8 years old to 18. Let's be real, a lot of this should have been included in growing together or parenthood, but whatever.
Preteens can also come with quirks (like infants and toddlers have) or whatever their called depending on their lifestyle. Some examples: "desperate to fit in." "late bloomer" "perfectionist performer" "daydreamer". Stuff like that.
The pack should include HIEGHT SLIDERS!! PLEASE! YOU HAVE BOOB AND PUPIL SLIDERS, WE NEED A HEIGHT SLIDER! And that can be included in the physical preferences and turns ons and stuff. Like this girl likes guys who are 5'7, 5'8, 5'9, 5'10, and 5'11. And please have actual height numbers next to it (cm, inches, whatever). Its kind of hard to tell if we have a sim thats just absurdly tall. And it can come with different emotions and buffs. Like short adults can complain about getting mistaken for a teen. And tall people can complain about standing out.
You can create painful growth spurts and a menstrual cycle (that we can turn off bc not everyone wants to deal with that). Maybe preteens and teens can become insecure about their growth spurts or lack thereof. Treat it like fears or burnouts. They need to address it and learn to get passed it or else they might always be insecure of it.
Also include style phases. Hoodies, jeans, braided hair. stuff like that.
Also introduce crushes. Yes there are mods for it, but EA shouldn't rely on people creating mods where you are lacking. Maybe this is where teens can expand on sexuality. It can have the pop ups like trait changes do. "Wow, Amara really found this girl attractive. Could she be gay?" Whatever it chooses, and you can either click yes or no. And then in cheats you can just automatically assign sexualities.
There should also be dance and different kinds, ballet, hiphop, jazz, tap, etc. But emphasis on ballet!! Please, the people want ballet!
There should be garage bands. 3 people minimum, designed for preteens and teens and can expand when they age. And you can choose type of music your playing, costume design, etc.
Malls! In the expansion world, there should be one large mall, open world. Like a 60x60 lot. It can be set as a preteen and teen hangout and have different stalls where you buy different things. And a foodcourt.
Another place you could add would be zoos and aquariums. And then sims have any traits saying they loved animals would dislike the zoo because of the animals in captivity.
Waterparks too! And movie theaters! And maybe some more disability rep, like wheelchairs, amputees, crutches, stuff like that.
Some furniture stuff: waterslides, spiral staircases, seesaws, tire swings, strollers, functional curtains, skateboards,
Also add some more sport options for kids, preteens and teens and young adults. The options being football in high school and soccer in college is so random. Why is my sim getting better at soccer by throwing a basketball. AND OH MY GOD PLEASE GET RID OF THE FACT THAT MY SIMS RELATIONSHIPS DECREASE WHEN PLAYING FOOTBALL! No one goes from best friends to literal enemies from playing football.
AND MORE THAN 8 PLAYABLE SIMS IN A FREAKING HOUSEHOLD!
Kids should have imaginary friends (you can select which one or let it automatically generate) and we can see little pop ups of it when you're playing as the kid).
Thats it for right now. Please consider this being all one pack instead of breaking it up into 5. You're more likely for someone to buy a pack with everything they want versus 5 packs that end up being $200 dollars. This is all stuff that people have mentioned wanting in countless videos whether on YouTube, TikTok, and insta. People are getting annoyed and saying they've stopped buying expansion packs because they know a Modder will make it. you're actually loosing money. Pls consider.
