No more special venues please

please cause i justaanna build over the von hault museum and make it a cool germanic castle and i cant because it's a special venue and nobody can live there!!!! same with the san myshuno park to be honest :( its so sad because these are the venues which have the most beautiful outside of the build space... and its a museum too... who goes to a museum in the sims 4??????? theyre so under decorated and have nothing to do there so please remove this special venue shinanagan so we can have fun building!!!!
