Suggestion: Swimming in Ponds, Rivers and Lakes in Base Game Worlds

It would make sense in any body of water that is large enough, and safe enough, to swim in. Obviously, I don't think it would make sense to allow swimming in canals, etc. But lakes and larger, yes, makes sense.
