Gameplay
If performing a heist (Villain) or preventing a heist (Hero) could be coded the same way as Jungle Adventure temple runs, but with the backdrop of a city setting, a Superhero pack could be very fun.
One could break-into rooms, bypass security traps, fight guards/henchmen, use the hacking skill to disable traps. A pack like this could also benefit Secret Agent and Criminal base game careers - developing them to a more Active Career and offering active "Work from Home" scenarios.
Playing as a Superhero, you would break into the Criminal Underground to make arrests, or stop a Burglary with the same House Call interaction found in Get To Work.
Playing as a Villain, you would break into the City Bank or City Hall for simoleons, blackmail, steal building plans or personal records. You may have to combat a Superhero if an alarm is tripped.
Martial Arts & Discipline Skill
Martial Arts would be a great addition to the Sims. Performing Katas would be nice to see as a way to build a new Skill: Discipline.
Child Sims could be included in Martial Arts as an After School Activity and perform Katas.
The average citizen Sim who have leveled up in Belts could participate in an Active Sporting Tournaments (please not a rabbithole). Contests could include: Kata, Point Fighting, Grappling/Wrestling/Jiu Jitsu, etc.
Burglars, Criminals & Supervillains
I would highly suggest including the option to be a Burglar or Supervillain.
Join the Criminal base game career and have new scenarios for the "Work from Home" option. Tasks could include breaking into Sims homes and stealing from the new Floor Safe Box and Wall Safe objects, or hacking their home computer. Could include a cute 5-Level Lock-Picking Skill to use on doors and Safe Boxes.
Join the Villain Branch base game career (Secret Agent) would work on a larger scale by breaking into Jewelry Stores or stealing from the City Bank. More criminal prospects could include stealing records or building plans from City Hall or a Large Corporation. Cross-Pack could involve stealing from the Vaults of Celebrities [Get Famous].
The average citizen Sim could upgrade their personal Safe Boxes with various security measures. Only by placing the Safe Box Floor/Wall object on your lot would it toggle the option to spawn a random Burglar event. A Superhero would then swoop in and save the day!
Imagine if we could have different branches for the heroes and villains' career? For example, when you make a hero, you have the option to choose if they're either a daytime/public spotlight hero or a vigilante. There could also be crime levels for the different regions that changes depending on the job the hero or villain is doing. As for traits, I was thinking there could be a trait called "Territorial". It would indicate that this hero/villain doesn't react well to others of their kind being in their region.
