ALL Penthouse Lots causing game to crash (Windows PC)

Having issues placing lots from the gallery on all penthouse lots. These lots include ALL penthouse lots in San Myshuno and the dorm lots in Britechester so far. I've only tried to place lots in thes...

@Lizzieeee24 Any mods/cc ? What platform are you playing on ?

Do you have any issues with disappearing structures on those lots ?

No mods or cc. I play on a Windows PC. 

I was able to get it to kind of work in San Myshuno. Only a few lots would place but not all. I’m still having trouble placing lots in the britechester side of the dorms. 
The foxbury dorms place fine with no issues. 

I have no other issues. My game usually runs fine with no major issues. This is the first time I’ve experienced this.

    @Lizzieeee24 The gallery currently has some lots that cause issues.

    Not sure what's going on as some seem to work at times and then don't while others never work.

    If you start a new save for testing purposes, do you have the same issues there ?

      Yes, I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s just certain lots but not all. I was able to place a few lots down with no issues but the lots I really wanted just caused my game to crash. 

      I’ve tried testing it in a completely new save and got the same result.
