Anyone else have this problem?

I started the Black Widow Challenge not too long ago.  I figured I could do the challenge and complete the achievement but for some reason the game keeps resetting my count on the achievement. I have 5 dead spouses. All have died by "natural" means (2 to a meteor, 2 to cowplants and one to overexertion). At the last log in prior to tonight's, my achievement progress was at 4/5.  But when I logged in tonight to play, husband number 6 died and I didn't get the achievement, so I checked and it says 0/5.  Anyone else ever experience this issue?
