Anyone else having major interaction issues with infants/toddlers?

• Sims need to "give bath" and "potty train" twice, then cancel the first order before the sim actually does it.
• General infant interactions seem to break constantly, I have to Shift + Click -> "Reset Object (Debug)" the sim and infant at least once every two to three in-game days, because the sim that was interacting with the infant is now stuck in limbo and can not do anything.

Toddlers have been broken for years now but most of the issues seem to have been fixed. Infants, however, are an absolute pain to deal with.
