    Have you already deleted localthumbcache.package in your user folder after repairing the game or creating a new userfolder?

I've just checked this window in my game and all of the swatches can be placed without any problems.

Have you already repaired your game?

    Not for this specifically, but I have repaired my game multiple times due to other issues and this remains a problem throughout.
