Blast from the Past event glitch
I'm on the part where it ask me to build the time component, it tells me to hit the time shard for it however when ever I do nothing shows. How to I fix this????????

If your sim lives in an apartment, try moving your sim to a residential and see if that helps. Another simmer had the same issue, and found that this helped to make the interaction appear.
