Sorry, I missed your answer. Please always tag me when answering. This forum is hard to track for answers.

What I meant is, that if it's only that particular interaction (root cause) that causes your client to run off, none of the others you use during the career.

Like when you try to diagnose them, does this happen without the client running off ?
