Textures Missing? Adventure Awaits

I noticed some of my cas items from adventure awaits and even a couple of the buy mode textures (?) were missing? 

for example when I click the camp shirt for any lifestage it has the infamous white and red squared pattern on the sims.

There is a new large desk that just doesn’t show up when I place it.

I was GIFTED the pack if that contributes to my issues? It seems others can play just fine, didn’t see any of these on the bug reports, maybe it’s considered technical but either way help lol
