Bug ruining game from fertilizing

My game has been crashing, items are being deleted from households, sims are unable to complete commands, my mccc command center BE is saying there is a bug in my game from exiting while fertilizing and it is ruining my game.

    Try removing all your mods and test to see if the issue remains. If the issue  still remains, then try repairing the game.
