Can’t complete life and death tarot collection

Since I downloaded the pack I haven’t been able to use intuition the cemetery headstones. If I leave the active lot use intuition pops up but as soon as my sim make it to the headstone they cannot reach it. 

I’ve removed the fence, debugged my sim and the head stone, and restarted the game and nothing has worked. I’ve also updated all my mods and removed any broken or outdated cc.

has anyone else had this issue??
