Can’t go into plots

When I select my family from world view, the game sends me back to the world selection screen. If I try to load an empty lot, I get an error saying to relaunch. I’ve already repaired and relaunched several times and I tried deleting and reinstalling the game to see if it would fix, cleared cache, and it’s still happening.
