Can't download any item from the Gallery (Mac)

When I try to download something from the gallery, many items have a red X over them, and clicking on them shows 'file corrupted.' When I attempt to download an item, it says 'unable to.' I have also...

is this only your own items or also from others ? You talk about the tray folder, so do you mean the items in your library or gallery ?
