chopchic This sounds like something is wrong with the game files. If repairs are giving you that issue and won't complete, then there is really only one option left. Uninstall the game then reinstall it. To save what you have, move the The Sims 4 folder out of EA Folder to somewhere else on your computer. Once the reinstall is complete. Start the game and then a new game. Make and place the sim. Then save and exit. Copy your old saves folder and let it overwrite the new one. Then start the game again and try to enter a lot. If it works, then quit, move your old mods and tray into the new folder. Let them overwrite what's there. The test again. You should be able to pick back up where you were playing after that.
