Extended loading/Lags

Hi guys, after latest update I have a problem with loading screen (it takes 4-5 minutes to enter the game, then 4-5 minutes if I travel somewhere).  I’ve also experienced an issue with interactions. It takes a while for sim to do something but time passes. I play with no CC or mods and game was running smoothly before the update
