I can't play my sims. The game turns on, and I click on my save, and then it loads forever. It never goes into the game and there's no way to turn the sims off without restarting my computer. I've gotten rid of all of my custom content thinking that would help, but it didn't. I still can't play.
Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.
Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
