Got a new desktop and installed The EA app and Sims 4. After I made the first household, I cant access C-A-S. What makes it worse is when I enter Manage Worlds - It keeps trying to move the household I am in instead of being able to choose a different household or CAS.
Never had this issue on my old PC laptop, and my new Desktop is a brand new build. I dont use mods or cc .
I have no clue how to fix this.

I have tried game repair twice.In the homeworl option, The icon for CAS is unclickable and when I hover my mouse pointer over it, It keeps saying CAS is not available while moving when even though I have not selected to move household.
When you first start the game, you are prompted to make a Sim. You then need to move that Sim in somewhere before you can create another.
Could you post a picture of your screen in case that's not the issue `?
