Change a small business venue to a Residential Small Business

I can't figure out how to change a small business venue lot to a residential venue. I had a gym set up and started a small business with it but then decided I wanted to have my home there as well, but I can't change the venue type. So, I can't move my household.

    Thank you for such a clear answer to this. I want to move my home onto my business lot but can't do it without overwriting the whole lot! So back to building from scratch, please let me know if you know a workaround
