I’m looking into doing a medieval challenge sometime next year and am curious as to whether I can change the outfits of characters such as the Crumplebottom, stall owners like Kim Goldbloom, and the mayor of Henford without them losing their jobs? Or do they have to wear those outfits no matter what?
I've never tried with specific role oriented sims, so I'm not sure this would work...but the Trend Setter career in base game might help. At a certain level, they can do makeovers on townie's they approach.
I hadn’t considered that approach. I might have to cheat someone into that career when I’m setting up and see if it works.
I'm curious to see how it turns out.
