Child Sims can't play the thumbs-up from Lovestruck?

I haven't seen anyone else mention this, but in a fresh mod-free save, my child Sims cannot play the Thumbs-Up game from the Lovestruck. I understand that the Woo-Who game is for adults, but I remember the developer live stream of the Lovestruck saying that Thumbs-Up was a family-friendly version kids could play. (timestamp 59:21)
