could you give some more details what you mean by: The whole apartment will glitch ?
Have you deleted your localthumbcache file after removing mods/cc ?
It will look like a tv with bad reception and the colors go all highlighter bright. Yes I have and restarted the game and it was still happening.
it doesn’t happen in any other world except that one whenever I move into an apartment
