I have successfully completed the "Friends Forever" event. I finished all the BASE tasks because I only have the base game, no expansions. I completed these tasks successfully. I did not receive the final five rewards, including one for everyone – the child's pajamas (CAS item). I have no more tasks to complete, but I am missing 20 points. I finished everything successfully and had no issues. I don't see the task interface anymore, just the "thank you" end screen. I don't use any mods. EA Support has checked my account and told me that it's not a problem on my side but on the server's side. How can I get the missing 20 points to earn the child's pajamas reward? Is it even possible for me to get that reward?
