Constant fire happening out of nowhere

Help!!

Just yesterday while I was playing sims I got constant fires happening on my lot. It is starting to get really annoying, especially when my simmer is near death experience by the fire. I have no mods installed and did not have prior to this. 

I have tried to use the get-fear away potion on all the simmers who had the fear of fire trait and it still happens. The fire starts out of nowhere and anywhere. All simmers could be sleeping and a fire starts in the living room??? '

I have even tried to repair the game and it still does not work

changing cottage light to base game lights did not work either. 

deleting/selling radiators did not work either
