Mmrpoppins Huh? Ok, something is off somewhere then. If the friendship bar is completely green, they should show as friends at least. So, you can force a change to that by making them BFFs or fiancés. You could also make them partners if they are not already. You might also check some other sims to see if their relationships are showing correctly to determine if it's just this couple or all couples. Relationships generally go from acquaintance to friend at about halfway on the friendship bar.
