[EBN] Enchanted gnome lead to constant objects breaking

I know a possible side effect of enchanting a gnome is that sometimes bad gnomes will cause chaos but this seems bugged.

I enchanted a gnome to help with gardening. very soon after all my appliances broke (all sinks, fridge, TV, stove, showers, baths, etc.) i sold the gnome i enchanted but the appliances break every morning around 8am or so. i went to manage worlds, didn't fix it. i reloaded the game, didn't fix it. I replaced to lot, didn't fix it. I MOVED my family to a completely different lot and its still happening!!!
