[EBN] Sim is healthy but looks like they have ailment.

My sim looks like she has some sort of ailment my guess being burning passion so I thought I'd have her make the cure. Well when she ate it, I got a moodlet that said she ate a cure when she was heal...

I think that what she is suffering from is the Gnome Lure ailment. Try creating the cure for that and see if that helps.

    If a sim has an ailment, any ailment, aren't they part of the simology panel though? Or is just only certain ones?

      She has the gnome lure moodlet in the bottom left  section panel in your picture. Try making the gnome lure cure for her and see if that helps.
