[FFEQ] Quests not triggering

Hi! My issue doesn't seem to have a specific thread yet, but currently my game will not trigger the second weeks quests, I have loaded my save that I used for the first weeks quests, and along with my sims not moving (unrelated issue, they also did that last week) the quests for week two will not trigger, I have a child in the household and the toy thingy from week 1 placed down. Please help!
