Finished week 4 & tried to get these items in live mode. Did I miss something???
I didn't say a way to claim these items in live mode and I am wondering if anyone else recieved the remaining items?

HI forsakeme4all You don't miss much no. Just a few Simoleons and potions.
Is this screenshot taken on the main menu ? In live mode, click on the plumbob icon to open the same screen.
That's weird. For me the potions showed up in my sim's personal inventory.
