Fix It!

GIRL (or BOY), I'm so mad with you rn. Play the game totally mod free because we all know how everything gets effed with CC or mods whenever an updates comes... AND STILL I GET AFFECTED BY TOTALL BULL ****. So done with putting money in stuff that just keeps crashing and burning all my efforts. And I bought an A+++++++ device to play the Sims on, I don't even use it to browse, completely CLEAN and still I get unexplained crashed. I FEEL YOU.

I play without mods or CC, I pay for all my expansions, and the game still crashes. It's UNPLAYABLE. I can't mess up my years-long games because my Sims disappear, die, or whatever. A lot of money invested for NOTHING.

could you please provide the following information. 

• What platform are you playing on ?
• When does your game crash ? Does crashing mean going back to the desktop ?
• If you are on PC, please post your DxDiag

If you  have any LastException/LastUIException or LastCrash files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4, please post those following the steps below.

• Delete the ones you have
• Trigger the error again
• Check if new ones are created
• If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
