Especially if the sheds are occupied by animals, Sims will walk between all and loop. You have to manually cancel. Bug been there since a patch just after Cottage Living

If you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
