Gallery,Nature’s Calling event,Scenarios errors

Greetings. I've had a problem with the Gallery for almost 3 weeks now, I can't connect to Gallery (yes, both EA app and in-game ˝online social features access˝ options are checked and i am online) and i can't claim rewords from Nature’s Calling event so i can finish it. After the update from 01.07. I don't even have scenarios, only blank window. I played the event until the update (start of week 2) and after that I am not able to log in to the gallery, and the event itself has disappeared from the main menu, not only the in-game option. I tried everything. I deleted EA app and Sims 4 multiple times, made ˝old˝ folder and repair game, cleared cache (both), deleted localthumbcache.package, tray and mod folders are empty or deleted. I tried so many different solutions and nothing helped. It even appeared that my graphics are not supported even though I already played with it (I managed to solve it)

 Did I miss or skip something that could help me? Thank you
