Game broken after 1.96 update (ps5)

Not able to split and move household. Pop-up comes up, checkmark greyed out. Game glitches then the sim I tried moving out becomes unplayable. Also, received notification mail was delivered, clicked on mailbox, I clicked “get mail” sim will get mail, put it in inventory then only option is to discard. Computer option to pay bills isn’t there either. Completely closed the game only for the pop up of mail being delivered to come back up. Recently downloaded the lovestuck expansion pack. World maximum is 200. I only have 89/200 used spots used. Been a week with no update or acknowledgment.
