Prior to the July 10th patch I had no crashing issues. Now whenever I try to load into my home lot the game crashes. I tried refreshing my Sims 4 Folder, Repairing the game, and selecting the Load Game Option which starts you in Manage Worlds. Nothing fixed it. How am I supposed to play if the game if I can't go to my home lot without the game crashing?
If you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.

Is it just the one lot that you are having this issue with? Are you able to load other lots?
