Game gets stuck on blue screen when traveling lots.

Hi, I'm having an ongoing issue with The Sims 4 on my Mac. When I travel with my Sims to another lot, the blue loading screen appears as usual, but it never fades away. I can hear the game continuing in the background (UI sounds, ambient sounds, etc.), but the screen stays blue and I can’t interact with anything.

To try to fix it, I’ve already:

• Deleted the localthumbcache.package
• Removed all Mods and Custom Content
• Repaired the game in the EA App
• Restarted my Mac and the game multiple times

Despite all of this, the issue keeps happening every time I travel between lots.
